    For emergency same-day or next-day requests, payment must be made upfront—that's just to cover the rush dispatch fee, so your technician can head straight out wherever you are. Hourly work gets billed on-site once they're there doing the fix. 


    *Warning* If you smell gas or think there's a leak? Don't wait around! Get out, call 911 or your gas company first, then reach us once everyone's safe.

    Deposit for Service request

    Deposit secures appointment & helps us maintain efficient scheduling—without it, that slot goes to someone else. If life happens & you cancel at least 24hrs before, we'll refund every penny. Otherwise, we do need to keep it; it's what keeps the lights on when we can't pivot. If your tech's already left the shop only to find no one's home? One-time $25.00 trip fee applies before we come back. Standard policy—nothing personal, just makes sure we're not footing the bill for a change of heart.

    Basic Gas Fireplace Cleaning

    Annual basic Gas fireplace service (Only recommended if log set has previously cleaned within 12 months).


    Service includes cleaning of; rocks, logs, burners, pilot (no disassembly included for orifice ream and clean, such as performed with deep cleaning service). There's no guarantee that this will fix a no light situation.


    *Note* Any additional parts or labor needed to fix a no spark no light would be billed in addition to cleaning service to fix issues which have occurred to lack of maintenance.

    Deep cleaning Gas Fireplace Service

    200.00

    Deep cleaning service (recommended if cleaning has not been done within the last year). Includes cleaning of;  logs, rocks, burners, thermopile, thermal coupling, igniter. 


    *Note* Any additional parts or labor needed to fix a no spark no light would be billed in addition to cleaning service to fix issues which have occurred to lack of maintenance. Lack of maintenance can cause damaged equipment such as pilot assembly and or controls. This may require replacement of parts to fix any found problems

    If you smell or suspect a gas leak please contact your gas provider or call 911 and leave your residence immediately!

    We maintain constant communication with our customers, whether it's for appliance repairs, gas fireplace services, or any other needs. To receive a free quote or if you have questions, just call or drop us a line. We will respond with in 24 hrs or less. 


    If your schedule doesn't line up with our hours, no problem, everyone needs to work. After-hours service is available, until 11PM (including weekends). It'll just be an extra $50 per hour over the normal rate. Keeps us on call, keeps you covered.
